The Great Transition (Session 1)
With the reality of shifting to hybrid work, there is no need to transition through the change, allowing teams to process their concerns and be ready mentally and emotionally. Through this program, we will outline the stages of transition and explore what we need to let go of, how to navigate the psychological no man's land between old and new ways of working, and to embrace our new sense of purpose and energy around hybrid work.
By the end of this session, participants will be able to navigate the transition in relation to returning to office in the Hybrid set-up
-
Discuss the Bridges transition model to process the change of returning to office and the hybrid set-up
-
Process our thoughts and feelings in relation to returning to work
-
Develop action plans on supporting your teams through the transition to Hybrid
