Through this workshop, participants will be able to build their adaptive capacity to lead high performing, inclusive, and psychologically safe hybrid teams.
By the end of the session, participants will be able to demonstrate key adaptive leadership principles and process in leading hybrid teams.

Evaluate their teams vis a vis the 5 Challenges of Hybrid Teams and other considerations of hybrid work environment (inclusivity, psychological safety & well-being)

Dax Cobarrubias is a leadership consultant specializing in Mindfulness. His curiosity around productivity was sparked by two books: Flow by Mihal Csikszentmihalyi and Deep Work by Cal Newport. Looking for a way to put these theories into practice he designed a mindful way of working called productivity sprints that would bring you to the Flow State on Demand.
Clients and fellow consultants have benefited from this method and he is excited to bring it to a wider audience.
