Leandro Castillo ("Leo") has more than 20 years experience in organizational development, focusing primarily in leadership development, team dynamics and culture change programs. His clients include many of the top companies not just in the Philippines but in the world, and has successfuly run multiple programs for diverse audiences in Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, Japan and China.

Leo is known for developing small and large scale leadership development engagements , his dynamic and creative presentation and facilitation skills and has diagnosed, designed, developed, and delivered various OD interventions for groups as small as 6 to as large as 2000 people, for leading companies in the fields of Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Telecommunications, Oil & Gas, Banking & Financial Services, Business Process Outsourcing, Technology, Foodservice, Hotels, Broadcasting & Media, Pharmaceuticals, among many others.

Prior to his current role work as Partner and Senior Leadership Executive for Management Strategies, he was a Sales Specialist and Project Lead specialising in the Retail Industry for IBM Philippines, worked in media co-directing TV Commercials with Director Raul Ona, co-owned FocusPoint Studio (photography), owned Maestro Studios (filmmaking) and ran Photoworks Academy for 15 years as lead photographer and instructor, where he shot campaigns for advertising, fashion, theater and sports.

WHAT IS THIS EVENT?

Delivered via Zoom over a 3-hour period, the learning sessions will be an interactive combination of discussions, group work, presentations and activities.
