Through this workshop, participants will be able to build their adaptive capacity to lead high performing, inclusive, and psychologically safe hybrid teams.
At the end of the session, participants will be able to demonstrate key adaptive leadership principles and process in leading hybrid teams.
Evaluate their teams vis a vis the 5 Challenges of Hybrid Teams and other considerations of hybrid work environment (inclusivity, psychological safety & well-being)
Explain the adaptive leadership principles and process.
Develop an action plan to address a priority challenge for their hybrid teams.
About our speaker:
Consultant, Management Strategies
Tala is an Organization Development and Human Resources practitioner with 19 years of experience in multinational and local organizations with both local and regional oversight. With these especially in roles with regional oversight her experience working in virtual and hybrid work teams have been honed as well as in facilitating virtual and hybrid learning experiences. She is currently a freelance consultant, facilitator, and part-time faculty at the Virata School of Business in UP Diliman.
Tala has an AB and MA Psychology degrees from the Ateneo De Manila University. During her spare time, she enjoys organizing and designing their home.
