PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The way people learn is being transformed by technology. Because of that, we must transform the way we facilitate learning. How do you keep a virtual audience engaged? How do you deliver high-impact learning sessions? This session equips you with the mindset, competencies, and techniques to facilitate virtually for any audience.

In this program, you'll be given a toolbox to help you facilitate effectively online.

Delivered via Zoom over a 3-hour period, the learning sessions will be an interactive combination of discussions, group work, presentations, and activities. This ensures we are able to provide a safe and supportive environment for you to learn. All participants will receive an e-certificate of completion from Management Strategies.

SESSION OBJECTIVES:

• Discuss thoughts, challenges, and new realities of virtual facilitation.
• Identify virtual facilitator competencies and reflect on personal strengths and areas for development.
• Engage in conversations and solicit tips and practices around the principles of virtual facilitation.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER

MIGGY ZABALLERO
Consultant and Team Engagement Head

Miggy’s career spans 10 years in various industries ranging from corporate, healthcare, government and education. This honed his organizational development abilities, which he uses to design customized training programs for various clients. Outside his role as a consultant, Miggy is an entrepreneur and educator who co-founded The Ultimate Learning Accelerator – Philippines. He also delivers pro-bono skills training, leadership programs and talks to various youth organizations, start-up companies, and schools all around Metro Manila.

Miggy is a certified Action Learning Coach and is completing both his Masters in Educational Administration from the University of the Philippines and the Diploma for Organization Development from Ateneo CORD. He is an avid football player and was chosen as the first Filipino grant recipient from Huracan FC London to start a football club in a local school community.

WHAT IS THIS EVENT?
